NINA PATTEN

Sam’s wife of nearly 40 years, Nina Patten, is Vice President, office manager and bookkeeper. Her office is located in her first grade classroom and in addition to her clerical responsibilities, Nina has developed a high regard for the janitorial staff whose job she now emulates in areas still bearing the names “Boys” and “Girls.”

Sam and Nina have worked together ever since their marriage in 1973. After a “brief” interruption in her education to raise 3 children, Nina returned to school and graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato in 2000 with a degree in Business Management.

 

In her spare time, Nina can be found practicing music on the keyboard in her office or working in her vegetable garden. She also loves to cook for her family and friends and if the food comes from the garden ,fresh, home-canned or frozen, all the better.
